To BlogRush or Not…

You may or may not know about the new, free, service John Reese started called BlogRush.

Basically, BlogRush is a new type of traffic exchange but for blogs.

Each time your blog loads the widget, your latest blog post is shown on the widget for somone elses sites. And yes, you get credit for referring people and your downline views.

So in theory, you could get some nice, semi-targetted traffic. But at what cost?

The possibility of someone clicking OFF your site and that click doesn’t really earn you anything.

See, I think you should keep visitors aslong as possible and if they click-off, let it be on an ad.

However, if more people come than leave, it’s a no brainer! I don’t think that will be the case though.

So all I can really say is to TEST it to find out if it increases your bottom line. Don’t assume it will because John owns it. And don’t assume it wont because of what I have said.
